Gold stars represent have negatives, green stars represent in service, and red stars represent abandoned. There are no green stars on list, but there are blue stars (possibility of the blue stars being exchangeable with the green stars?) Railways have color of stickers after the company's name in parentheses.
The railway lines include New Haven and Shore Line Railway (red and gold), Groton-Stonington-Westerly Railway (red and gold), Taftville-Mills Collection of Taftville (blue and gold), Norwich and Westerly Traction Company (red and gold), Bristol Traction Company of Bristol (red), and People Tramway Company of Putnam (red).
The following divisions are part of Connecticut Company: Norwich Division and New London (red and gold), Consolidated Company of Moosup (red), New Haven Division (blue and gold), Hartford Division (red and gold), New Britain Division (red), Waterbury Division (red and gold), Watertown Division and Connecticut Light and Power Company (red and gold), and Bridgeport, Stamford, and Norwalk Division (red).
