It becomes impossible for these young students to make up for so many lost days due to their work, so many never complete high school (the drop out rate is estimated today at 65%), which almost insures the continuing cycle of poverty. Archives & Special Collections, University of Connecticut Library Over two hundred digital images and thirty-four framed photographic prints were donated by Mr. Romano in 2008/2009. Additional materials were transferred in 2011-2012 and are on deposit. Preferred Citation: [Item description, #:#], Robin Romano Papers. Archives & Special Collections at the Thomas J.
