Caption: LOGAN CIRCLE. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Logan Circle was originally Logan Square, the northwestern-most of the five original city squares. The Free Library and the Municipal Court Building are modeled after the buildings on the Place de la Concorde in Paris. The Swan Memorial Fountain is in the middle of the circle where public executions were held in the early nineteenth century. Postcard size: 5.9375 in. x 4.125 in.
